Finally getting information and answers as to why I'e been so ill and so weak for so long...and it can be fixed!

Very glad to hear it, and you certainly look bright eyed, and bushy tailed, especially compared to how tired you generally seem.
SO TRUE...I have felt so good all day,
Even went to go take a nap today, like I always have to -- laid down, stared at the ceiling and then went, "Huh. Nope. I'm not tired. THAT'S weird..."
...then went back to the office to write.
