Fair guess, but as it's almost all I drink (I've knocked back to half-caf in the mornings and decaf in the afternoon), I think it's much more likely that I just enjoy these little almost hangs.
Oh! I was going to share something with you, and everyone who drinks a lot of coffee, like me...
A dear friend said he watched a program where a scientist did some deep dive tests about coffee and the effects it has on people. Said that if you delay your consumption of coffee, to 1.5-2 hours after you get up, it'll have a completely different and more positive effect on your body.
....I decided to put that to a personal test, and only drink it after I'd been up at least 90 minutes. Hence why I wasn't drinking coffee in a couple videos.
Huh.
I felt much stronger during the day, I ended up drinking LESS coffee, and I stopped needing a nap in the middle of the day after 2 days.
Need to get the info about this study or video and post it for anyone interested.
Dude! I saw the same thing! I replaced my first cup in the morning with a smoothie instead! No protein or anything ridiculous, just 12 Oz frozen fruit, 8 Oz coconut milk, and 4. Oz vanilla yogurt. I had dental surgery a few months ago, and am lactose intolerant so needed more calcium/protein/vitamin D (wich is essential not only for mood but for calcium bonding, s'why its in milk) to help bone growth/mending.

100% what lead to the need for surgery LOL!

...the one that started it all was when I was so down and depressed, I bought a Fiverr gig from this guy, that he would make a video to cheer you up. So I tried to cheer myself up.
...laughed so hard at his response, I cried and choked.
Ended up buying more gigs from him, he's so good.
When I saw he did Harry Potter lookalike videos, well,.....game over.
I actually sit down to listen, read the words "Morning Coffee" and my hand suddenly feels very empty.
