I think failure has become too big of a thing. People have learned to judge their worth by their accomplishments but overlook the steps it takes to grow. YOU ARE MORE THAN YOU THINK YOU ARE!
I'm learning with the phone, and there are methods. Like it has to be experienced in horizontal mode... and it's best if you just use avatars when on the phone.
