I WAS sick sooner, NOT in good health for the holidays, but STILL had a blast. How about you?
Every keystroke I make here hurts…something inside, but know that I have had a wonderful week, despite the challenges. Funny how you can find beautiful clarity and determination when you’re in pain. That’s what happened with me.
We are stepping into December, and that is my dedicated writing month AND dedicated family month — which makes my goal of being consistent each week my biggest challenge for the remaining year — this is gonna be fun =)
Please be patient with me, for losing my iPhone had more consequences than I realized in switching back to Android. Biggest of all, needing specific hardware and software I simply don’t have any money for. So I’ll need to improvise for a little while as I figure this out…starting with having a lapel mic for the Android phone. This is the list I’ve been compiling,…but I’d appreciate suggestions, if you have used a specific brand that works well with your Android, would you let me know in the comments?

yes! you can fill in other frames later.
Animatics are similar to blocking. For an animation.
They were created to get the feel of how a scene will play out visually. Before committing to the scene.
(they’re even occasionally used in Live action movies for this same purpose.)
But when animatics are cleaned up they can look really nice.
Anyway... yes you can make add more drawings in between.
Also that’s a great idea to start with those simpler characters. (Although I would start really simple in the beginning)
the classic first test for most is a bouncing ball.
I think it would be cool to see an actually animated version of the smiley face on Wendell’s T shirt as well.
Hey sometimes you need a couple days confined to a chair to get the creative juices flowing.
