No, there isnāt a schedule, nor is there a specific formatā¦yet.
Itās all an experiment right now. I explain it in the video.
What I can say is:

Iād LIKE to do it once a week.
The content will be whatās on my mind. Uncut. My thoughts, not my words, Iām tired, so stop it.
If it makes me laugh, Iām leaving it. You can tell me if youāre mad at me, but Iām leaving it.
Iām hoping to keep these about 8 minutes. Today was an EPIC FAIL.

I will answer questions.
After a few weeks, I may (or may not) also release it onto YouTube.
BONUS: I will never write backwards on a video again. That was stupid. I blame the brand of coffee.

I didn't mind that playback here on Substack. Streamed pretty well.
I typically plop things down whenever! I don't often have a set schedule I follow unless it's for paid subscribers (of whom I currently only have one lol) just so that I can make them feel valued and provide content that shows them I appreciate them and are thankful for their support. Otherwise, I'm so busy that I don't really adhere to any set plan unless predetermined somehow. Much success with your projects!
