I'm grateful to have enough. I also understand life is hard...for everyone in some way or another...so I find myself nearly overwhelmed when something I struggle with is lifted from me in an instant. To have a weight taken from you so you can catch a breath -- there just aren't decent words I can thing of, to express my appreciation toward such kindness.
