I'm glad I'm not the only one who has to leave their wallet in the car, when going to Hobby Lobby, & you have to walk through all the seasonal stuff, of course...every time...no exception...errrrrr!
In a strange twist of fate there was a store literally less than 500 yards from my front door and the parent company recently closed the store due to rent increases by the retail park owners. So whilst my wallet feels safer my heart was broken as my wife and I genuinely enjoyed visiting as it was full of inspiration and I felt gutted for all the staff who got laid off a couple of months before Christmas.
I'm glad everyone who's listened to me knows I'm completely teasing ablut this, because I just LOVE Hobby Lobby...and I cannot say that about any other store I've been to.
I have the same problem lol. You should have seen me with my husband, going through that store. He’s not a super crafty artsy person, so he just kinda followed me unaffected by anything. Me on the other hand 😅 I was like a kid let loose in a candy shop. I had to hold, and touch, and smell, and some times taste….then at the end having to remove the majority of my findings before checkout seeing as my Christmas gift card had a $200 dollar limit. (I was so spoiled to get to use that much money 😌) I ended up with 3 or 4 multi purpose things and Chris (my husband) just thought I was crazy lol
Honestly Dad, I love the shocked, swallow their own tongue, responses we get about our large family. It’s 50/50 whether or not I respond like mom, or responded like you. 😂

Yes! He even sanded them for me, and smoothed all the rough edges.
I won't be able to make very many this week, but I'm hoping to sell some later before Christmas.
