I was so excited about doing this video with you, I couldn't sleep (not to mention kids waking up through the night) I was so silly. "What should I wear?" "Oh my word, I need a shower! Wait...they can't smell me...but dad can. Okay shower it is." "I should wear socks. No one is going to see your feet, and your weird bowling pin like shaped toes." "Should I bring something to do?Draw...Crochet...Woodburning? " needless to say I didn't sleep a wink. Until I got to your house of course lol I thought to myself "Dad's getting up, I will just wait for him here." Then the cushions felt like fluffy clouds, and the blanket was a warm hug...then I woke up, and I had missed everything. 😂😭
I remember being so in love with your stories that anytime you updated your website or finished a new chapter I was right there on your office floor sitting at your feet, so mesmerized.
I remember waking up some nights from nightmares and going to your office where you were hard at work, just so I could fall asleep listening to you tapping away on the keyboard.
I definitely wanted to revisit those memories. I miss being your biggest fan that always got to read things before it was published, and encourage you. Your stories ARE awesome!
I'm glad we still got laughs about me asleep on the couch. I was still in the video, just not how I planned lol 😅
