Iβm a writer, teacher and parent and I agree that stories and storytelling help us understand life and living. Fiction has a grain of truth running through it and allows readers the opportunity to explore our world(s).
Love the cover! My only pet peeve is that the bulb doesn't look hand drawn like all the rest of the graphics. Even the font Looks hand done, but the bulb is too clean. What's the timeline on release?
I've heard how many people were told as children to get up and do something useful when they were curled up with a book. I had that experience.
I encouraged my kids to read.
In this age of easy entertainment, a book like this can help encourage parents and teachers... And writers!!
I sure hope so. That was the entire motivation =)

I'll agree with you 100%, except for the 'grain of truth' part.
I guess it's how the story is told...but if there's only a "grain", then, and this is just my opinion...it's badly written, OR misunderstood.
Most fiction I've partaken of is overflowing with truth, which is why so many resonate with it!
Ha ha! My math must be similar to yours. Iβm calling it a grain of truth but itβs more like a bowl of rice!
NOW you're talking!!

...but I wanted to HAVE a lightbulb, not draw it!
So I decide NOT to draw something and I get CALLED on it!??!
HAHAHAHA...
It'll be published before the end of this month.
That is the goal.
