Not specifically a fiction idea, but I wonder if there isn't a way to use the seating to create some kind of mother-may-i or Simon-says kind of game with the community. Winner gets a giveaway or something like that.
I made the Fiction Cartel room, of which YOU are a part, D.W....and was talking with Ann and Lisa last night.
We pondered about opening the room for interviews and conversations, where we all show up, and perhaps one or more of the seats on the stage are open to new authors who show up?
